My new healthy addiction
I love BYS performance coffee because of the extra goodies in it, the great flavour and the zero guilt I have when I drink it. Cafe flat whites used to be my go-to but I spend my coffee money on BYS sachets now....which are heaps cheaper in the long run. I bought a little $40 hand-held milk frother and it froths up a touch of almond milk or cream beautifully to go on top of my cup of comfort. Love the Cinnammon or OG flavours the most and try to limit to one per day, but find the Caramel one is an occasional sweet 'treat' beat the 3pm slump. Nutrition Warehouse have the BYS coffee in stock when I need it, at a great price, and it's here within a couple of days.
