Click and Collect

Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up your purchase at one of our stores. Simply choose the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery option.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a notification email to let you know.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirming that it's ready for pickup at our store.

Orders placed by 3PM are typically ready for collection the same day. However, please note that during sales or under exceptional circumstances, there may be delays due to high order volumes.

You can collect your order from our store once you’ve received the email confirming it's ready for pickup.

Yes, when collecting your order, please visit our store where a staff member will assist with your order collection. Make sure to bring the following:

• Your order confirmation email (printed or digital)
• Valid photographic identification

*Valid photo ID includes a Driver's License, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card, or Police, Government, or Armed Services ID card.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email notification. Typically, if you place your order before 3PM, it will be available for pickup the same day before 5PM.

*Please note that during peak periods, there may be delays. Orders placed within 2 hours of closing or outside of trading hours will be processed the next business day. Ensure you’ve received a confirmation email before coming to the store to collect your order.

If someone else will be picking up your order, simply provide them with your order confirmation, either printed or digital. Ensure they are over 18 and have valid photo ID for collection.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team at 0800 837785 as soon as possible. You can also make amendments to your order when you come to collect it.

Click & Collect orders will be held for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this period, it will be refunded, and the products will be returned to stock. Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

There is no additional charge for a click and collect order.

Occasionally, an item may be damaged or out of stock, and this may only be discovered when we prepare your order. Although this is rare, if it happens, our store team will contact you to arrange a refund or a replacement item.

If an item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund it according to Nutrition Warehouse’s Return Policy. Read more about our Return Policy.
