Ordering Online is Easy! Just follow these steps:

• Find your desired product from our massive range of vitamins & supplements.
• Add your desired items to your cart by click the "Add to Cart" button.
• When the cart slides out, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout by using the provided buttons.
• When you reach the checkout page, please enter your shipping and billing details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. You may choose to check out as a guest or create an account to enjoy benefits and a quicker checkout process for future orders.
• Select your shipment and payment methods or your closest Click & Collect store. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and AfterPay. You can also enter a coupon/promo code or gift card code if applicable.
• Review your order and add any shipping notes if needed.
• Click "Submit Order" to complete your purchase. You will be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with your order receipt and summary within 1-2 minutes.

Nutrition Warehouse accepts Mastercard and Visa, as well as debit credit cards.

PayPal

PayPal is available as a checkout option for online customers of Nutrition Warehouse. You can choose PayPal at checkout, and either create a new account or use an existing one to complete your purchase.

AfterPay - Online & In-Store

Enjoy the flexibility of "Lift Now, Pay Later" with AfterPay. Purchase today and pay in four equal fortnightly installments. Use your debit or credit card and receive instant approval.

Phone Orders

To place an order by phone, have your order details and credit card number ready. Call us at 0800 837 785 between 9 AM and 5 PM ZNST on weekdays, and we will be glad to assist you.

After placing your order online, you will receive an initial confirmation email containing your order details. Once your payment is processed and dispatch information is available, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Your package is expected to arrive within 1-7 business days thereafter, depending on the shipping method selected.

• Most customers receive their supplements within 1-7 business days, provided that:
• You place your order before 3 PM (ZNST) Monday to Friday.
• You use a payment method with instant clearance, such as PayPal, Credit Card, or AfterPay.
• Your parcel weighs less than 5 kg in cubic weight. (Please note that bulky items may require additional time.)
• Your delivery address is not in a remote location.
• If your order exceeds 5 kg or is considered bulky. You can use your tracking number to estimate delivery times to your address via road freight.

Nutrition Warehouse occasionally offers special promotions with coupon codes. Only one coupon code can be applied per purchase. To redeem a coupon or promo code, enter it during checkout.
